NOW BREWING! - As of January 14, 2015, the Phoenix became a brewpub. We started selling our Kinfolk (Kolsch style) beer on February 17, 2015. Come checkout the latest changes to the pub and sample our house made beer!
We started with just a 50 liter Braumeister system (13.2 gallons) . One year later, we we have upgraded our equipment and are now brewing a full barrel every batch (30 gallons). We anticipate selling growlers of our beer in late January or early February 2016!
